INTRODUCTION
The Noksapyeong Salon

A quiet counter for regional Korean distillation.

Tucked alongside Noksapyeong-daero near Gyeongnidan-gil, Namsan Sool Club is dedicated to demystifying the breadth of Korean artisanal fermentation and distillation. Rather than requiring full bottle commitments, over 100 regional varieties are poured by the glass under certified sommelier guidance.

From unfiltered takju and golden clarified yakju to single-pot distilled soju aged in earthenware ongi, each pour is served with tasting notes and regional provenance. The room is structured around a dark cedar counter welcoming solo drinkers, small groups, and curious travelers.

"An intimate nocturnal space where modern sensibilities meet the rich heritage of traditional Korean brewing."
